Sensory Sunday
Sensory Sunday at the Butler
A program for our neurodivergent community on the first Sunday of each month
Experience the Butler in a quieter and less crowded setting with our Sensory Sunday program – those on the autism spectrum, as well as other conditions, can now experience art in a friendly and welcoming environment without crowds, bright lights, or overstimulation. The Butler will open 1 hour prior to typical hours, and will provide options for individuals including fidget toys, as well as a sensory guide and what to expect while visiting. As this program grows, we will expand to meet the needs of the community.
*Note: There will be no Sensory Sunday during the month of April (Easter) & December*
Sensory Sunday has been cancelled for February 1st, due to the extreme temperatures.
